HOW TO ORDER A BBDECK® POOL COVER DECKING SYSTEM
1) SUMBIT PLANS FOR A FREE ESTIMATE: You may DOWNLOAD a spec sheet here for submission.
Plans must indicate all pool dimensions; measurements for the pool cover spool size; measurements beyond the pool for all external equipment, including motor and pulley systems; a description of decking materials; any corrosion protection requirements; and any additional considerations unique to your project.
Call or e-mail BBDeck®, Inc. to arrange submission via email or hard copy.
2) RECIEVE THE FREE PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE: BBDeck®, Inc. will provide a free preliminary estimate based on your submitted plan specs.
3) INITIATE THE PROJECT WITH A DEPOSIT: After the client reviews the preliminary estimate, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due to BBDeck®, Inc. to initiate the project.
The deposit will cover expenses for the development of shop drawings for the project, and these engineering documents will provide a plan for fabrication.
4) RECIEVE AN UPDATED ESTIMATE: Based on the specific materials and labor that are called for in the fabricator’s shop drawings, BBDeck®, Inc. will provide an updated cost estimate for fabrication and shipment.
5) INITIATE FABRICATION WITH A DOWNPAYMENT: Once the client approves the updated estimate and Terms and Conditions, fabrication will begin after BBDeck®, Inc. receives a payment equal to 50% of the updated cost estimate for fabrication and shipping.
6) RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOM BBDECK® POOL COVER DECKING SYSTEM: Prior to shipping, the remainder of actual fabrication and shipping costs will be due to BBDeck®, Inc.
All BBDeck components are shipped FOB to the client.
BBDeck®, Inc. will provide:
• A preliminary estimate based on your project criteria.
• An updated estimate, based on the materials and fabrication required in BBDeck®, Inc. design drawings.
• A review of the fabricator’s shop drawings for agreement with BBDeck®, Inc. design drawings.
• Pool Cover Decking System components are shipped FOB to the job site, including: hydraulic system, base plates, anchor bolts, support columns, axle shaft, spars, and corrugated or expanded metal if required.
• General dimensions for the concrete vault with specific dimensions for the pool end wall. (All concrete vault engineering is by others.)
• Installation drawing for the Pool Cover Decking System, compatible with the vault dimensions that we provided.
• Installation manual.
• Toll free technical support.
The following services are NOT included in BBDeck®, Inc. estimates, but may be provided for an additional fee:
• Site visits are an additional fee.
• Once design drawings have begun, revisions due to any client changes to the original set of project plans and criteria are an additional fee.
The following materials and services will NOT be provided by BBDeck®, Inc.:
• Concrete vault design and construction. BBDeck®, Inc. will provide recommended dimensions only.
• The client will be responsible for reviewing the provided drawings for compliance with the as-built dimensions of the concrete vault.
• Installation of the BBDeck®, Inc. Pool Cover Decking System components.
• Finish decking material and finish decking installation.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A $500 non-refundable deposit will be due upon client approval of the preliminary estimate. This deposit will cover costs to produce design drawings for your project.
Design drawings are for single project use only and remain the property of BBDeck®, Inc.
After the client approves the undated estimate and agrees to BBDeck®, Inc. Services and Materials Policy, 50% of the estimated total for fabrication and shipping will be due to initiate fabrication.
Final billing will reflect actual costs for materials, fabrication, and shipping. All project revisions due to client specification/criteria changes will be billed as additional services.
Prior to shipping, the remainder of actual fabrication and shipping costs will be due to BBDeck®, Inc. Components will be shipped FOB to the job site.
